Great product, just not for hiking durability
I purchased this dry bag backpack to utilize during a hike to Havasu and it completed the task. The size of it was great and I was able to pack the following for a 4 day summer hiking trip: double hammock, fly, mosquito net, camping quilt, clothes, food, cards, & flip flops. It definitely held up, not heavy (until packed full), functioned as needed and will be used as dry bag on jet ski in the future. Unable to test the waterproofness of the bag, but I suspect it will work well. The bag did have some strings that began to unravel, but for the cost and the use it is to be expected.

Seems to be quality and performed well in a downpour ( see review)
Seems to be quality made at a great price…Im a Sailor and Ihad it shipped to the ups store for me to pick it up along with some other items, while pickimg it up it began to downpour horrendously (S. FL) so i packed my other items in it which tool it near to capacity rolled the top and walked back about a mile to the marina dropped it in my dink which had a few inches of water in it from the rain and motores back out to my sailboat about .5 nm got back in my boat like a drowned rat and opened up the dry bag and everytjing was dry, not a drop inside😉🙂 Happy with the purchase and recommend if youre lookung for a deal😎⚓️⚔️☠️🏴☠️☠️⚔️⚓️

Great dry-bag for the price!
Overview: For the price I’m quite happy with this purchase. It’s a light drybag with a few smart accessories added. Practical use as a day-bag when you need to keep things dry, but not as a replacement for a hiking backpack.Volume: about 13 gallons of space, which I measured by putting a Costco kitchen trash bag inside for comparison. So, what you can fit in your kitchen trash – you can fit in this bag and still close the top.Outer shell: appears to be a thin butyl rubber with internal ripstop. A bit thinner than larger dry bags I’ve used, so I’d be conscious of rubbing wear (holes) over time. The seams are hot glued with a 1 cm overlap, which would be another area I’d keep an eye on with use and/or excessive weight. That said, the seams are smartly located to minimize strain/rubbing.Carrying straps: the shoulder straps are 3″ thick and the waist band is 4″ thick. The back pad is 9″ x 16″. All padding is thin and covered in mesh for breathability. The waist straps both have zippered pockets, but I don’t think they’re deep enough to be of practical use.Wetness protection: standard rollover top opening with plastic locking latching which can be clicked together at the top or cinched down against the sides.Compression straps: these would be used to keep the drybag shape when the bag is full, but I wouldn’t use them to cinch down as each strap two parts and sewn together at the back pad, rather than a single band looping the circumference. These straps would invariably fail over time if stressed.Nice surprise feature: 3 plastic d-rings. One sewn into the back, and one on either shoulder strap.

Great Bag, Questionable Durability
This HEETA dry bag has been great as I use it for riding my motorcycle. It keeps all my stuff stored while riding and if it rains everything remains dry. The size is great!!! As I can fit an entire box of 12 cans of soda if I needed to do a quick pickup run to the store. However, the durability remains to be subjective. As, I’ve had the bag a mear few months the and the zipper is already broken. But, overall not a bad buy.

Weatherproof
Used this for our trip to Alaska. Works great, heavy duty. Wasn’t worried about weather and anything we had packed. We now use this on hikes, at the beach too since the sand doesn’t stick to it.

Looks better than described.
It’s heavy duty for sure. Have not used yet but taking on vacation next week. I will be perfect as a backpack on ATV through the jungle to the beach.

Great dry bag for the money
Worked awesome for a canoeing backpack trip with the boy scouts. It didn’t go overboard, but it remained dry inside even with splashing and some light rain. Held just enough for the weekend trip. Pretty good shoulder straps and waist belt, we didn’t do a lot of hiking with it, so I can’t attest to how it would feel after a long hike but for the short hike it was fine. Can’t wait to use it again!
