This conditioner works. It makes my hair soft, smooth, and easy to manage. Moisture level is perfect — rich but not greasy. The feel is creamy and thick, with a natural scent. My hair looks healthier and feels stronger after every use. The color is beige, and the quality is consistent. Great product.

Love it.
This has been great with my curls in addition with a shea moisture leave in conditioner once a week. Alone it is good regular conditioner and I think this size if good for personal use. This will leave your hair feeling soft and light, but maintaining nice moisture. I’ve really liked this conditioner so far and stand by shea moisture products, they are great cost per ounce or quality natural ingredients.

Favorite conditioner by far
I’ve been using this conditioner for over a year now and love it for my hair. The smell and texture is great and it leaves my hair feeling soft and well moisturized. My hair is long and thick so I need to use a decent amount with each washing, but still the bottles typically last me several months. I also use the paired shampoo with this product which I also recommend!

Inconsistent Consistency?
I’ve used this conditioner off and on for about seven years. I try other products but always come back to this because it works well and is fairly priced. Not crazy for the scent but that’s not a major problem, really – it fades after rinsing out.With my recent purchase, though, the conditioner is noticeably thinner in consistency. Still works fine for my hair – never leaves it greasy and always makes my hair more manageable – but I’m disappointed it seemed watered down, compelling me to use more of it after each hair washing.
