It’s made from wild-caught Alaskan Walleye Pollock, and the fact that it’s American-sourced and manufactured gives me confidence in its safety and purity. However, while the cost is fair, I do think that if I were to take this long-term, I might look for a slightly more affordable option or consider bulk purchasing if available. Works Well But Expensive
NO fishy taste or smell, maybe a little belch fish taste, but it is uncommon.Compared to local store fish oil, these are more expensive, and I am not sure they are worth the extra money.

Great single capsule formulation
I absolutely love that this formulation is potent enough that you only need one pill – I was annoyed with the other brands who wanted you to “take one in the morning and one at night” and I would always forget to take the one at night.I never experienced any fishy burps with these pills.On a small side note, I love the packaging, the blue bottle really stands out and reminds me to take my pill.There’s a small premium you’re paying for these pills, but it’s worth it in my eyes for the quality.

I’ve read a lot about how great fishoil is as a supplement so I wanted to try it, but I did hear about fishy burps so it took me a while to really take that step.These gels are easy to swallow and I’m happy to report that (at least for me) they didn’t cause fishy burps. Nice way to add some peace of mind to my supplement regimen. Decently priced as well, as of writing this a 2 month supply is only 16 bucks via sub.Can’t say I noticed any grand effects from taking this, but I’m just happy I can add a fish oil to my diet without having to fear the nasty burps from it.
