There are 3 collars in the box. Missing one.
Today I received the dumbbells I ordered. I was very happy at first, but when I opened the package, I found there were only three locking collars. I need four locking collars to exercise both arms simultaneously.

dirty out the box
I got the vinyl adjustable dumbbell set, it works and I got all the parts I needed but the plates were kinda dirty, some had like an ashy coat. And another was oily and weird. Works good for the price though can’t complain much
