It’s perfect for my wide feet and messed up ankle
I have bought other ankle braces/compression socks and this by far has been the best I’ve found.I hurt my ankle a while back while recovering from a knee and hip injury (still recovering) and this feels amazing. First time buying something with the copper in it but it feels cooling and the compression is just right. I wear a 9 women’s shoe wide if that helps and got a medium in this. I feel secure but it’s not too tight or punchy. Its hugging me in all the right ways and I’m excited to be able to use this going out and around the house (and it’s not bulky which I also very much appreciate. (Others have squished my toes or made me feel claustrophobic.)

Worked Great For My Plantar Fasciatus
I woke up a couple of days ago with what felt like somebody stabbing a knife into the bottom of my foot. It was fine to put pressure on, but I would go to lift my foot, it hurt.I ordered these (each package comes with two socks, two straps, and instructions). I felt immediate relief putting them on. It didn’t completely get rid of the pain, but I definitely felt the support, like wearing a back brace when you have back spasms. By the end of the day, I could walk without pain. For the price, I would highly recommend.

Listen to the manufacturer’s guidance on sizing, not the reviews (yeah, I know it’s ironic)
This feels like a really well-made support band, but as someone who’s always struggled with boots and shoes (I have small but wide feet with high arches and strong calves, and a perpetually swollen ankle due to injury), I tend to experience issues with these kinds of socks being too tight around the calf (if I can even squeeze my foot into them). So I listened to those who said the sock was very small and tight, without too much elasticity, and sized up. I shouldn’t have. I think a large would have worked perfectly for me, but I upsized to an XL so I’m never going to get as much support as I’d like from this, even if it is comfortable enough to sleep with. I’m glad it came with the extra velcro cross-over strap so I can at least get some support out of it. Not the company’s fault – completely my own – but I would suggest going with the ankle measurements they suggest. It’s a good quality support brace overall though, and the fact that it can fit in normal shoes is a big plus.

Great for ankle support
My husband bought these for ankle support and they have lasted well. They help with his stability whenever he remembers to use them. He says they are comfortable and a good value for the money. I have used them for knee support at times and they work for me as well.

Great protection, good quality and great strenght!
Amazing protector. One of the best quality I had so far. very strong and the strap help further strengthen it. It also does not bother me during exercise. I have 4 socks for a year (I use each of them once to twice a week for soccer or volley or other sport) and they are all still in good condition.

Ankle/Heels Best Friend
This supports your ankle and provides relief like your best friend. Heel spurs, Achilles strain? As a teacher, being on my injured ankle all day was slowing recovery. This compression sleeve and additional support provided by the strap allowed me to loose the orthopedic boot and work all day without coming home in miserable pain. Highly recommend

These come with a slip on sleeve and an extra strap that gives a lot tighter support. You can wear with either or both elements applied.They are well made, good quality and sizing is accurate.They are not too bulky and shoes fit over them pretty well.You get two in the pack which is great and makes these cost effective.They say they contain copper, I can’t confirm whether they do, but am happy with the way they perform.
