Wonderful supplement that combines many ingredients that help with hormonal balance
I love this supplement, it has a great combination of vitamins and herbs. I used to take Dong Quai, Shatavari, DIM etc all as separate supplements, this makes it much easier as it combines really helpful ingredients, and also includes magnesium and L-Theanine which are great for relaxing and calm. I also use Chasteberry tea, and it doesn;t taste good, it’s good that it was added to this blend. One thing is dislike is that I have to take 3 of these capsules every day, it’s a 30 day supply – I wish they could squeeze this into 2 capsules – the less to take, the better. They’re easy to swallow and have no weird smell or taste – easy! The dose must be good, I felt benefits within a week, I felt less moody and more balanced. It’s a bit hard to pinpoint the benefits unless you know yourself and your cycle well. I think these are awesome and well worth the price, as it combines many supplements into 1 !

Unfortunately this is only a 30 day supply, and at over fifty dollars a month, I can’t justify the price. The capsules are easy to take. I haven’t noticed a huge difference so far.

They work.
My wife has been taking these for a little while now, and while she’s not one to say much about supplements, she did mention noticing some small but noticeable improvements during her monthly cycle. Kinda pricey
This is a 1-month supply supplement, or half that if you take 6 capsules/daily for ‘enhanced results’. I think for almost $40, that’s a bit much so I only took 3/daily.These happened to arrive the day my last period started and I took them right away. I had had a horrible morning so far dealing with relentless pain but was noticeably better the remainder of the day.I continued to take them throughout the period and on and was still finishing them off by the time my current period rolled around.I was hoping to avoid having that first day of crippling cramps, that these would be some magic pill that would allow me a period with normal discomfort rather than my usual reality but such was not the case. I think part of the issue is that most supplements require you to take them for months to get results and I’ve only taken these for 1.Because it’s only been a month, I can’t say I experienced any changes. I’ve had the same pain and bloating, the same fatigue and nausea though now that I think about it, I am a little less cranky. Maybe that’s something?If you think you only need to take these during your period, think again. No supplement works that way (that I’ve ever heard of). As with anything, you must be consistent.As for the price, it may be fair considering the ingredients but it’s still a little pricey as I’ve ordered others to try out that are much more affordable. If you need to take a supplement for months, especially if you take twice the amount for months to get the changes you want, then the cost of this product will add up quickly.

I appreciate that this is a natural based approach to a spectrum of women’s issues, and that it comes in a vegan and non-GMO formula that is made in the US in a GMP certified facility. The company is transparently displayed on the bottle, with contact information and a money back guarantee stamp. This herb blend is also universally beneficial for women of all ages, which I feel seems harder to find.The capsules are a standard size, and even though I think that they smell just terrible, I found that they go down easily, and thankfully with no weird aftertaste. The dosage is three capsules once a day, or two three-capsule servings a day for ‘enhanced results’. I have been doing the lesser dosage and have not had any unpleasant side effects that I can note whatsoever.I feel that the current price of just under $37 for a one-month supply (at the lesser dosage) is pretty standard for a supplement of this quality and well worth the price if you currently find yourself struggling with any hormonal issues.
