Troubleshooting Steps When the Mini Humidifier Stops Working!
MOST IMPORTANT NOTE:
Q: The humidifier has produced a less steam and doesn’t seem to be working properly. WHAT happened? HOW should i do to fix it?
A1: — The filter (or cotton swab) is not completely wet.
The cotton swabs in the mini humidifier is used to absorb water. To see a better performance, we advise user to soak a filter stick to be wet completely before inserting to the humidifier and turning it on.
A2: — Check if the spring is still in under the filter.
If the spring is missing, then the cotton swab cannot absorb water effectively, which will cause no mist even you hit the button.
A3: — Check if you usually add essential oils or other water treatment chemicals to the humidifier.
It is better not add essential oils to the tank, which will affecting a humidifier’s ability to spry mist.
A4: — The filter (or cotton swab) is used for a long time.
The cotton swab will become dirty and hard if used for a long time which will cause the humidifier produce less steam or even stop work;
It is recommended to change the cotton swab every 1 to 3 months, depending on how frequently you use your humidifier and what type of water you use in the water tank.
A5: — Check if the usb cord is working in good condition.
If not, replace a USB cable or a new mini humidifier.
A6: — The package is damaged or itself is defective.

Great little humidifier. Lasts 8+ hours.
This is a great Little humidifier. I bought one for each member of my family at one point in time and we all keep them by our bed on our nightstands for these dry winter nights. We all agree that it’s very helpful. I even took mine to work one day and set it on my desk throughout the day, and I got a lot of compliments on it and inquiries on it because it’s so small and handy at first I was nervous because it’s so small that the humidifier would not have enough water to last all night, but it turns out it does it has two separate settings one for continuous stream and one for intermittent blasts I like the intermittent blast personally, but I’ve used both just fine. the humidifier comes with two filters one that already comes inside it and a spare which I appreciate and comes in necessary because I have hard water here it’s absolutely silent and plugged in using USB, which is very handy. I would definitely recommend this. It’s inexpensive and lightweight and effective. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is I have had to replace some because they didn’t last more than a year which is maybe understandable given how inexpensive they are. The product came neatly packaged in a box.

So far I really like this little humidifier. It’s small, but not so small that it can get knocked over easily. It makes a very quiet sound, and is very easy to use. It has very basic parts so cleaning it won’t be a hassle. Pleased with this purchase!

Great until USB port broke in 1st one. 2nd one spout stopped spraying
I actually purchased this humidifier for my infant while we were on vacation who was congested. But after only a month the usb port broke and is just moving around in the cover (see photo). So now I can no longer use the product. And it was so convenient to ride with in my car especially with the light at night for my baby. Hopefully the company replaces it because I really do like the product. Update: Bought a second one because I was never contacted by seller regarding port of first one. I just thought let me give the humidifier another chance since it worked real good when it did. Bought the second one but not the spout stopped spraying the mist. Changed the filters, water, and ensure to use bottle water to avoid hard water build up. But it’s not spraying. Think I’ll try another brand. First one was purchased in September 2024 second one in October 2024. Also the Amazon isn’t allowing my video to upload that shows the spout isn’t working.

It’s cute
It’s very cute and small, it isn’t too noisy and I noticed I don’t wake up with a raging allergy and dry sinus anymore!My only issue is that I notice it stops after couple hours. I turn it on (with full water) at around 12 am before I sleep and when I wake up at 7 am it’s turned off. I believe the straw that sits in the cup is slightly too short because there is still some water in the cup even after it stops. Would be amazing if you guys made the straw LONGER. Other than that I love it it’s cute it has cute lights.

It works fine, and the lights are pretty, but after about a week it started producing less and less mist. It barely does anything now. I assume maybe it’s the water quality making it slower, but the water here isn’t really that bad so I truly have no idea why it stopped working.

For the past 2 years I have lived in a small room on a caridiac ward with vey limited space. The air is very drying, and I also wanted a diffuser for essential oils. I ordered this with no expectations, but havre returned to purchase another.Firstly, this is compact and the perfect size, taking up the same amount of room as a drinks cup, but shorter. It is incredibly simple and easy to use. You just pull off the top, fill the compartment with water, and plug in the USB cable included (older USB, not USB-C). Then, to turn on the humidifier, you press the only button on the entire machine. A continuous mist comes out, and if you press it again it becomes intermittent (which means you. Have to refill it less frequently). Pressing and holding the same button turns on the light. There is either a purple-ish pink light (I have the pink model) which I think might actually be meant to be a white light, and if you press and hold again it is a multicoloured light that moves and changes colours. Pressing the button another time turns each function off (a short press to turn off the mist anda long press for the light).It also comes with a spare filter thing.I like to add a few drops of essential oils to make my hospital room smell less like a hosptial and chill me and my nurses out.You don’t have to refill it too often, and it’s a very robust little thing. My previous one fell to the floor from some height multiple times and aside from the spilled water, was absolutely fine.The ease and simplicity of use is brilliant. It’s extremely portable due to its size, and you can use it anywhere you have a USB plug.. With a power bank you could take it anywehre. It’s extremely lightweight and compact, but looks good. It is made of plastic but doesn’t look cheap or plastic-y, and would be an attractive adddition to a home. It’s also not huge and doesn’t have multiple buttons and things to figure out like the humidifier/diffuer I have at home. I absolutely love it.The only drawback is that due to the small size it doesn’t hold as much water as a larger product would, but this is a small drawback.
