Helps with broken bones
I had already seen an advertisement that women going through menopause need this supplement to boost their health regime. So I had already bought some and was taking this supplement, when I fell straight onto my knee. I gave it a couple of weeks and it was not getting better. So off to the orthopedic to get an x-ray. I had broken my knee cap. The dr. said to promote bone regeneration I needed to take D3 with K. The pills are not large and have NO after taste. great product.

3 weeks ago I was 30.37 on hidroxy 25 (vitamin D levels) so bottom threshold, now after 3 weeks and 1 day of taking this O did the test and I was 66. Top super resultsI took them after morning meal. I.also had 40g of nuts in my Bran oats breakfast

To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

We really like the product that it has no unnecessary ingredients. I definitely would like to purchase it again, but unfortunately the price increased (32%) so I am not sure.

The description says 500 softgels with 5000IU each, but I received 300 softgels with 10000IU each. So, what is it? The instructions say “take one daily”, which is definitely too much for everyone. People might overdose on this product. Overall, the product and the company that manufactured it seem very dodgy. There is no way that I am taking these suspicious pills.Be careful people
