Stong product, stronger customer support

Awesome. Love this thing!
Now that I’ve used this a few days, I will share my thoughts. Assembly was fairly easy and took about 20 minutes, the instructions were adequate and bare bones. I put this on a drywall interior wall, so I used a few 2×4’s secured to studs for mounting. I had to furnish my own lag bolts, as it only came with (kinda cheesy) concrete anchors, but I suspected that would be the case and had some in my garage. You can install the mounting hooks directly to studs in some cases, as they can be placed 16 inches apart (although the bottom of the unit pressing on the wall during use may cause some marring, but would press on the drywall at the studs, so wouldn’t push through), but in my case the interior wall had studs set 24 apart. I already exercised that day, but of course I had to try it out, so did a few pull ups, dips, and leg raises to see how it felt and check my installation. I found the padding comfortable and everything felt solid. So, so much better and more versatile than using a door pull up bar. If you have some knowledge on how to secure this to your wall of choice, and plan accordingly, I highly recommend this item.

BUY THIS ONE!! It’s awesome.
I’m obviously not a light dude. Im about 215-220 in this video. With this bar in the dip position I was kinda worried about the strength of the mount. But it holds perfectly with no bending or breaking. Here is the materials and measurements3- 2x4x22.54- 2x4x14.58- 3/8 x 3.5 lag screwsAnd a magnet to find the studs.I love this thing. I already work out more with it because even the main 3 exercises are amazing with this bar. Im adding a pulley system next.

Good gym equipment
This product worked well for my purpose. The weight limit is as it says. I had to use other rawl bolts as the ones included were not suitable for the application

Great value
It’s not perfect but I think it is still a great value. The quality of the finish and welds are fine. Once assembled, it is ridged and I have no doubt about its ability to handle 300lbs. The assembly instructions are OK, but rely on visual clues, for instance make sure the lower hooks clear the elbow pads when hanging the unit for chin-up bar configuration. They are depicted mounted slightly narrower than the top hooks, but there is no reference as to why. That should have been specified. Also after using the leg lift configuration I noticed that my elbows tended to work their way to the outside and slip off. I added a 15 degree wooden wedge under each elbow pad and that fixed the problem. The wall mounting grid in the picture is made of two x fours, lap jointed and glued. It is mounted to a standard construction sheetrock/stud wall.

Has held up after long term regular use
I have used this regularly for pullups and dips for over two years and it’s holding up great. A good value option.

Meant for cement walls. Not sturdy on studs with provided bolts.
It’s really only suitable for mounting on concrete. The lag bolts provided are only 1 1/4 inches long after the 1/4 inch steel and 1/2 inch drywall, that’s only 1/2 inch in the stud. It also will not work on 24 inch on center studs (not common). I put 1/2 inch boards over my drywall because I was afraid those rubber bumpers that are near, but not on the stud would punch through the drywall. I also used 4 inch lag bolts. 3 1/2 inch lag bolts probably would have been fine.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great item. Four stars instead of five because bars are a bit close together for dips, the main reason I bought this.
