If you need help picking a flavor, read this! I’ve tried all of the flavors except for the tropical ones. The first thing to note is that, depending on the flavor, the consistency of the gummy is different. Some gummies are squishy like you’d expect while other gummies are more dense. Personally, I like the squishier gummies.Now, onto the actual flavors. The flavors of the squishier gummies are raspberry, blueberry, and grape. Out of those three, grape is easily the best one. It actually tastes like grape and is very good. I could eat them like candy. On the other hand, raspberry and blueberry are pretty bland. It’s been awhile since I tried raspberry but I remember it being both very flavorless and very artificial tasting at the same time. Blueberry has a flavor but it doesn’t really taste like blueberry to me. It was very subtle. It’s the first flavor I’d repurchase if grape and apple were both out of stock though.The flavors of the denser gummies are watermelon, apple, and strawberry. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET STRAWBERRY! It’s the only flavor I considered asking Amazon for a refund for because it straight up tastes like play dough. Zero strawberry flavor. The watermelon one does taste like watermelon but honestly I’m not a fan of the artificial watermelon flavor. I could get through the bottle but I didn’t enjoy taking them. Apple, however, is a GREAT flavor! Definitely the best out of the denser gummies. It tastes exactly like that sour apple flavor in candy except it’s not sour.My ranking is:1. Grape2. Apple3. New batch doesnt taste as good
These use to take so good but now that I got the new batch they do not taste nearly as good. I always get the blueberry and they are usually soft and sweet and just makes you wanna eat the whole container but this new batch does not taste very good. I do like having it gummy form than the powder so its much more convenient. I always buy these gummies in bulk when they’re on sale because I think they’re too expensive when they are at regular price.

Well done gummies with Creatine
I like these because they are chewwy or you can disolve them in your mouth. They are not too tart like most flavored gummies, and don’t have an after taste. So, it doesn’t coat your palatte and make everything after taste off, like toothpaste does.They are a pretty sticky, so they will attract dirt, dust, lint and/or other pills if they touch in a daily meds case like I am using.Overall effects – I think they are helping me with my work. I am not as sore and I do feel more alert. I am taking 1 a day, usually in the morning, before or around noon.There is no “pump” that I would feel at the gym, although it could be minor and I don’t notice it. My work is contiuous movement- bending, stooping, lifting and climbing ladders with minimum heavy lifting but I am a more athletic build.I did also do the double dose for the first week. There was no noticable difference. I recommend trying them.

Buy blueberry!
I have purchased several times now. There are some flavors that are better than others, my husband and I have settled on our favorite flavor which is blueberry. We often forget to take our powdered creatine and these are a great way to take it while running out the door. I bought four of them while they were on sale before Christmas for a little over seven dollars a piece which was a steal! Not 100% sure if I want to continue to buy them if they stay around $20.

As mentioned in some other more recent reviews, these “gummies” have a mushy consistency almost like eating Play-Doh. Flavour isn’t terrible, but it’s hard to get past the weird texture. Not like gummies at all. Would not recommend.
