These are GREAT!
I ordered the tension pull up bar, but then was reading all the reviews and how it cracked the frame, so I was scared and returned it. I came across these and was reading reviews …they are EXACTLY as everyone claims. These are great – worth the extra spend and they are portable, which is also really convenient. They are comfortable on the hands and adjustable for how far apart you want them. I honestly am so impressed. If you are thinking about it, JUST BUY THEM. I leave them up in the doorway and every time I walk by, I just hang from them and stretch, which has really loosened up my back and shoulders. There was a review on here that they slip off the door frame…not sure what that person is talking about…they are totally solid and stable.

Well-Made and Potential Lifetime Purchase
These pull-up handles arrived well-packaged, individually wrapped and secured in bubble wrap. Each handle weighs around 5–8 lbs and is made of heavy steel with a durable foam grip. The climbing rope connecting the handles feel strong and secure, and the silicone-wrapped steel head that anchors to the door frame is solid and well-built.The package also included two extra ropes and a service card. The adjustable handle width lets you target different areas of your back easily. Setup was quick, I was able to start doing pull-ups in under 30 seconds (from box to doorframe). So far, they feel like one of my best ‘pull-up bar’ purchases (3rd one owned).I’ll update after more use!

Sturdy, Easy to Install, and Perfect for Home Workouts!
I’m so impressed with this pull-up bar! Installation was quick and required no screws, yet it feels incredibly secure and stable. The adjustable design fits my doorway perfectly, and the dual handles make switching between pull-ups and chin-ups comfortable and easy. It’s solid enough to hold my weight with no wobble at all. A great addition to my home gym highly recommend!

They work for shoulder pain
I’ve been having shoulder pain and watched numerous YouTube videos for advice. One video advised hanging as a treatment, so I ordered these pull up bars. They’re extremely easy to attach above a door frame and work so well that the hanging had an immediate effect on my ability to move my shoulder. I use them several times a day for 15-20 seconds at a time to keep my shoulder in good working order

Reviews seem a bit high
First, these work as advertised. They hang on door securely and are easy to remove. They definitely give you a great work out…but really I’m not saying anything the other reviewers haven’t said. What the other reviewers are not saying, though, is that these are a LOT more difficult to do pull-ups with than a solid bar. The larger doorway pullup bars are all made of a solid bars, making pull ups a lot easier. This product on the other hand uses a grip that isn’t stable. It swings and twists as you do them. This makes pull ups exponentially more difficult. Having to stabilize while doing pullups is very hard. You will need to be in pretty good shape to do pullups with these. I am in pretty good shape, and I struggle to do more than 2-3 pull ups with these. If you struggle to do even 1 pull up on a bar, then you may want to consider another product.I do have 2 complaints…because of the way the grips hang down, you hang a lot lower than the bar pull up devices, which sit a lot higher. I’m 5’9″ with long arms, and, my knees have to be fully bent to use this on a standard door. At full hang, my knees are only about 2 inches off ground. I can really only use these in the L position, which I don’t mind because that also engages my abs. Again, making this device a LOT more difficult to do pull ups with. Also, because it hangs lower, I can’t use this to do leg raises unless I’m in the fully up position. Which defeats the purpose because my arms/grips will tire quicker than my lower abs. The amount they hang dodwn really limits the use cases. My 2nd complaint is that the grips are connected in a way that twists your hands into a certain position. IT wants your hands to be either front facing or back facing. If you try to have your hands gripping sideways, this device will slowly twist your hands. This is because the grips connect to the hooks a certain way. This is a well built product, and it does improve in some ways from other pullup bars, but it is far from perfect. Not sure why the review scores are so high. I’d give this about 3.5 stars tbh. In many ways, I prefer the versatility of the larger bar-style doorway pullup bars.

better than pullup bar
sturdy, nothing to install, just works out of the box. seems like it won’t cause damage to the top of the door frame.
