1, download Stafit APP and complete registration;
2, click on “Account” and find “My Devices”;
3, click on the “+” in the upper right corner, then click on the “Bluetooth” logo on the page and you will enter the searching for the smart devices.
4, click on the “Bluetooth logo” on the page and it will go to “Searching for the smart devices”. When you find “Runstar-RX”(bluetooth name of scale), click to complete the connection. At this point, please note that a connected logo will appear on the screen of the scale.

Super Accurate Works Pefectly
This scale is the real thing. Accurate, easy to use, along with a great app. Don’t spend a penny more! All have the same eight sensors .Great reports also!

The best part is sending it back
If I could leave zero stars I would. Let’s summarize:1- Setting it up was a clunky, laborious process with both my wife’s iphone and my own android. Neither phone’s bluetooth seemed able to find the device or remember it. We have many, many things that the bluetooth remembers and reconnects to but this scale is not on that list which means we get to go through this irritating nonsense every time we want to get our measurements? No thank you.2- There is no way to set up separate accounts (you can add users but it is all under ONE “main account”) which means everyone can see everyone else’s measurements. (Not an issue for us but I can see where that would be off putting to others)3- When I tried to use it on MY phone, apparently the “smart scale” didn’t recognize that it was my phone and logged it under my wife’s data.4- Neither of us were able to get the other 25 biometrics read again nor could we review the ones from yesterday. We watched various tutorials (including the one made by the company) and got nowhere at all. In fact, we appeared to be doing just what the reviewers were without the same results.My wife reports that the most satisfying thing she found about this scale was sending it back. I didn’t even get that out of it. This product wasted my time and now will waste MORE time and aggravation as I drive it BACK to the UPS store. Avoid this mess at all costs.

Detailed Metrics, But Setup Takes Patience
This scale provides a lot of data and seems accurate once configured. The multiple metrics and app connectivity are useful for tracking progress over time.The main downside is setup. Pairing and calibration take longer than expected, and the app setup is not as intuitive as it could be.Once running, it works well, but expect to spend some time getting everything configured correctly.

Awesome product!
I am happy, it gives report, meanwhile, other companies ask you to subscribe for this function! Accurate for me, not doing Olympics hahaha … it monitors pretty good all charges! It would be nice if you had blood pressure device to pair with this product.

Body fat percentage never measured. I follow all instructions and it never worked.
