Snake oil. Don’t waste your time or money. The first day or two, all this stuff did was raise my heart rate. After that, nothing. If anything, I felt way more sluggish. I threw it in the trash after 2 weeks. This does not at all work as advertised. I only gave it 2 stars because it didn’t make me vomit.
