Trusty tools on a 200-mile hike.
Hiked the Coast to Coast trail across England and these trekking poles were a lifesaver. They were sturdy and seem to be great quality. We hiked a lot of up- and downhill, so the height adjustment was absolutely necessary. They were easy to adjust and stayed out at that setting. Dependable for fording streams, keeping balance, and checking for boggy patches. The handles and grips were comfy and the straps – when used properly – kept my hands and wrists from tiring m.My one complaint is that the tips swivel out of place. On the asphalt tips, they’d go sideways and I was constantly adjusting them. These need to have some mounting method where they stay seated in position.

Must have Trekkers!
Loved these trekking poles! Really put them to the test hiking in Norway! So grateful to have had them in my backpack! Lightweight, easy to fold! I highly recommend them! Great design and comfortable cork handles.

They work
They work and seem sturdier than other poles in this price range. I like the cork handles as well. One of the poles has a slight rattle to it, it seems to potentially be from the cable inside. It hasn’t affected performance.

Learn how to fold and unfold them then enjoy!
Take a little time before your hike to familiarize yourself with the assembling and disassembling of the poles. After a few times, it becomes very easy to do. We used our poles in a tour when we needed to board a plane. They folded easily into our carryon suitcases and we had two extra ones to share for the trail. Everyone who used one was very impressed with the ease of use and strength of the poles. There were several different kinds on the hike and ours were quite favored.

Disappointed in my second pair
I bought my first pair of these years ago and finally lost them to TSA. So, I ordered another pair to replace them. The style has changed some. I am 5’3″ and these are too long for me. To use them properly, my hand will be below the cork handle. It will be impossible to shorten them for ascending a slope. They look lovely and they pack small and are light, but it’s too bad they will not be very functional for me.

Sturdy!
I love these. Light weight, adjustable height, foldable so you can throw them in a bag and travel with them. They’ve proved quite sturdy so far, and I have mobility issues so I lean on these pretty hard as my leg starts to seize up when I walk far. The cover for the end wears pretty fast because we walk on concrete or asphalt, but that’s not an issue. Love ’em.

Travel efficiency
Perfectly retractable to fit in a suitcase for travel. Saved my knees hiking in the Alps. Sturdy and stays put when locked into appropriate length.

Did many long hikes with these poles, and they were great. They fold up easily in my suitcase and are easy to take apart and put back together again. They are very lightweight and hold up well over time. I was a bit skeptical because of the low price but the quality is great. I would definitely recommend them.

So far so good . Not used much yet. Bought these as a budget pair to try poles. Little heavier than I expected. But not been an issue
