WORKS!!..But NOT overnight!!
So my problem with my prostate was SOOOOOOO bad that when I went to the toilet I had to stand there for a good 3-4 minutes before I could START a small stream and the flow was still very weak.. then 30 minutes later, I would feel the urge to go again and start the whole 3-4 min WAITING process again..talk about frustrating!!!..Then at night I was getting up to pee 3-4 times a night..So I make an appointment with my urologist and his next appt is 17 days from now..So krap!– I gotta put up with this problem for another 2 more weeks. So in the meantime I order this TRUE NATURE prostate formula from amazon (seen it in costco too)..It arrives in only 2 days.. I take double the dose it recommends– because I want to see if it can help me..Well by the 7th day, I START to feel a little better in that the urge to pee is not THAT strong and my pee stream is a little better….Then I REALLY noticed the difference at the 15 day mark.My WAITING time to start a stream is cut down to only a 1-2 minutes at most.. NOT perfect by a long shot, but getting better..My night trips now are 2 times per night… So then I go to my urologist and he is such a great doctor. He believes that you should exhaust every means necessary BEFORE surgery.. I mean VERY few docs are like this.. They want the surgery fast and quick..He suggests I STAY on a steady diet of THESE pills..He looked at the ingredients and said that DOUBLE the dosage per day WOULD be good for me for first 4 months then scale down to only the one dose per day after the 4 month mark..Get this- he said that HIGH dosages (600mg+ per day) of saw palmetto, acts just like the prostate drug finasteride only the saw palmetto is slower and takes LONGER to shrink the prostate than finasteride. He said finasteride acts 40% quicker but comes with nasty side effects that hard to ignore..Including Testicle pain and retro ejaculation and possible increase of prostate cancer down the road..My doc said Finasteride at 5mg is definately a powerful drug and men should avoid it , if possible..So I am now in the 3rd week of taking this TRUE NATURE product at DOUBLE the dose per day. I feel just a little bit better every4-5 days, and my pee urges are getting less each day as well. Even after 3 weeks of taking I feel 25% better… I will stay on this product at the DOUBLE dose per day for 4 months and report back..One other thing: My urologist said that some people that are taking 600 mg or 1000mg of saw palmetto or more per day may suffer from ED.. So he wrote me a prescription for viagra just in case the DOUBLE dose of this true nature causes ED. On the days I take take TRUE NATURE with Viagra, my pee stream is almost back to normal again..

I have been taking Trunature Saw Palmetto Prostate Health Complex for more than10 years now. I use to buy them @ Costco but now I just order them online to be shipped overseas. Surely there are other products out there that could be more potent but also more expensive. Together with my walks and diet, this product has served me well. Value for money. Try them…it just may work for you as it did for me.
